Meet Holly Margl: An Odyssey of Empathy & Expertise

Holly Margl, award-winning author of "Witnessing Grief; Inviting Trauma and Loss to Our Coaching Conversations, An Enneagram Perspective," is more than a name in the coaching realm; she's a beacon for those navigating the waters of grief, trauma, and the Enneagram. With the prestigious titles of International Coaching Federation Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Advanced Certified Mentor Coach (ACMC) to her name, Holly's expertise is recognized globally.

Her journey began at the University of Minnesota, where she delved into Alcohol and Drug Counseling and psychology. However, a fateful intersection with coaching and the Enneagram in 2011 (while teaching at a local college) transformed her path. Committed to growth, Holly never stops absorbing, with an impressive array of coaching and Enneagram courses under her belt.

Her association with Wellcoaches, Inc. as a mentor, assessor, and instructor and her role as a Certified PEARLS Senior Coach with Thrive Consulting in Singapore only add to her rich profile.

Enneagram enthusiasts would be thrilled to know Holly possesses two Professional Enneagram Certifications and Accreditation from the International Enneagram Association (IEA).

Outside her professional sphere, Holly is based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, where her heart belongs with her sons Benjamin and Joey, partner Matt, and a charming brigade of pets, including Yiyi the Chow Chow and the feline trio: Moose, George, and Mae. A grandmother's joy bloomed with the birth of Nicholas (Nils) on July 4, 2022, a touching tribute to an uncle gone too soon. Holly's passions run deep - from orchid collecting, where she's surrounded by 80+ in her office oasis, to an active lifestyle filled with triathlons, yoga, and mountain biking. When she's not in action, you'll find her lost in books, baking wonders, or cherishing moments with her loved ones.

Holly genuinely connects with us through her brilliant, tender approach to being our wholehearted guide and friend. She reminds us that there is beauty and healing in compassionate human connections. Embodying authenticity, humility, and transparency, Holly graciously and practically accompanies us through real experiences with love, loss, and grief. At the core of what she vulnerably shares is true love that transcends conversations, relationships, and lives. This book offers hope. It is an essential gift for coaches and other various professions and walks of life.
